Ludwik Sobolewski, PhD in law, legal advisor, manager of financial institutions and capital markets expert, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University and doctoral studies in the history of law, economics and philosophy at the Universite Pantheon Assass (Paris II). He worked at the Jagiellonian University, in the Office of the Council of Ministers, and then, in 1994, he became the vice-president of the National Depository for Securities. In 2006, he won the competition for the position of the President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (and again in 2010) and held this position until 2013. In 2013, he was elected President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). In 2015-2016, he was the chairman of the board of directors of the national postal service operator in Romania (Posta Romana). Member of supervisory boards of many companies. Currently, Ludwik Sobolewski is the managing partner of the Warsaw-based law firm Sobolewski Kielska Dąbrowska Grabowska, supports early stage enterprises and is a key business partner of Beesfund SA, the largest equity financing platform in Eastern Europe.
