Mix a handful of pumpkin seeds mix with a handful of sunflower seeds, teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, one squeezed clove of garlic and a little bit of soy sauce. Stir everything over for 5 minutes on low heat until the seeds will become brownish-golden brown.
